The Rolling Stone Collection - By Big Jon

The 25 years of Essential Rock is one of the BEST things Rolling Stone ever produced and distributed! It's a FANTASTIC collection of Rock n' Roll from 1967 to 1992! How about repeating yourself and pick it up from 1993 to 2013 (20 more years) or wait until 2018 and put together the next 25 Years of Essential Rock and Roll (1993 - 2018). I'd be the first in line to buy it! I'm sure you Rolling Stone folks have this project in mind if not already underway.

A rockin' mag - By Aidan

Rolling Stone is a such classic read. This magazine truly brings you up close and personal with everything rock and roll and so many elements of pop culture. I know I can always trust what the music and movie reviews have to stay, and the star ratings usually match up to exactly what I would have given. Rolling Stone employs the best of the best music journalists and writers, and you can see such a difference in the literary content and quality in this magazine over other music publications. Each issue helps me to stay on top of what's going on-- from new films and books to up-and-coming indie rockers. I always know what's hot and what shows and artists are worth seeing thanks to RS. I particularly look forward to the Q&A's, and the interviewers usually know the best questions to ask to give you an intimate profile and portrayal of the interviewee. Even the National Affairs section is good, since while giving me all of the good info. on music and more, Rolling Stone keeps me up to date on politics and important issues. I think the fact that the tour biz is strong in this weak economy says a lot about all that Rolling Stone stands for, and that a publication like this is here to stay for a reason. Rock and roll will never die!

A Classic - By Guy

Rolling Stone has been so popular for so long, it has practically become an American institution! Believe it or not, I have been subscribed to this magazine for nearly twenty years now and it has been able to stay true to its roots as a music magazine with a strong political point of view. Although in more recent years, the magazine has paid a little bit too much attention to our country's pop culture and its stars, the magazine still offers its dedicated readers all of the articles and columns that has kept them coming back for decades. Rolling Stone is truly a classic magazine that will never go out of style!

Rolling Stone The Best in Music Today - By SandyM

Rolling Stone is definitely my favorite magazine of all time. I have subscribed for over 25 years and I wish I would have started sooner. In the beginning I was into the coverage of the latest music, and as the years go by, I cannot put issue down until I have read every article, especially the political bits. I greatly identify with the liberal views. A few of my all time favorite authors write or used to write for the magazine, which has always been an added bonus for me. Rolling Stone is ageless and timeless, and the best at keeping ahead of the changing trends in music.
